As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operations. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving system compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing SAP CO modules to meet business requirements.
- Experience in managing system releases and ensuring application stability in a packaged or SaaS environment.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to integrate and extend application functionalities.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within SAP CO and related financial modules.
- Understanding of business processes related to cost controlling, profitability analysis, and internal orders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
