- Robust knowledge of MEP systems and design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit MEP is an added advantage).
- Understanding of HVAC load calculations and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with building codes and standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
