Job Purpose

To manage, support, and optimize the ERP system across textile manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate data management, providing end-user support, coordinating with functional departments, and generating business reports to improve operational efficiency

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day support to ERP users across Merchandising, Production, Planning, Stores, Purchase, HR, Finance, Quality, and Dispatch.
- Create, update, and maintain ERP master data, including customers, suppliers, items, BOMs, operations, machines, employees, and production parameters.
- Monitor ERP transactions and ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Coordinate with department users to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues.
- Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports from the ERP system.
- Train recent employees on ERP modules and provide refresher training to existing users.
- Coordinate with ERP software vendors for bug fixes, enhancements, and system upgrades.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of production, inventory, purchase, and sales data entered into the ERP system.
- Monitor user access rights and ensure compliance with company information security policies.
- Support ERP implementation, customization, testing,



and deployment of new modules.
- Conduct system testing (UAT) before implementing new features or changes.
- Ensure timely data backup and coordinate with the IT team for system security and recovery.
- Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user manuals for ERP processes.
- Analyze process gaps and recommend ERP improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between departments.
- Monitor ERP performance and report recurring issues with corrective action recommendations.
- Maintain proper documentation of issue logs, change requests, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and data accuracy standards.
- Support management by providing analytical reports and dashboards for decision-making.
- Perform any other ERP-related assignments as directed by management.

Educational Qualification

- Any Degree

Experience

- 0–5 years of experience in ERP support within the garment, textile, or manufacturing industry.
- MS office knowledge preferable.
