Role Overview

We are hiring a skilled and hardworking Medical Representative who is confident, disciplined, fluent in English, and capable of driving sales through strong doctor engagement and territory management.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit doctors daily and promote company products through detailing
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Ensure effective communication of product benefits & scientific information

Sales & Target Achievement

- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Execute marketing strategies and promotional activities
- Drive prescription generation through planned fieldwork

Territory & Route Management

- Handle assigned territory effectively
- Maintain doctor lists, route plans, and visit schedules
- Conduct regular chemist visits to ensure availability of products





Reporting & Coordination

- Submit weekly call reports and activity updates
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Coordinate with managers, distributors, and stockists

Events & Marketing

- Participate in CMEs, conferences, and promotional events
- Support product launches and marketing campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 years experience as a Medical Representative
- Minimum undergraduate degree (B.Sc / B.Pharma strongly preferred)
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM apps)
- Strong product knowledge and detailing ability
- Hardworking, confident, ethical, and target-driven
- Good territory knowledge and doctor coverage
- Ability to handle fieldwork and travel within city limits
