Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer – Retail to lead the design of retail interiors, showrooms, and brand spaces. The role involves conceptual design, client interaction, team coordination, and ensuring that designs are functional, aesthetic, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Conceptualization

- Lead design conceptualization for retail stores, showrooms, and brand interiors
- Develop 2D/3D design presentations, mood boards, and layouts
- Ensure designs reflect client brand identity, aesthetics, and functionality

Project Coordination

- Work closely with clients, project managers, and procurement teams to finalize design details
- Review and approve shop drawings, material selections, and finishes
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure design implementation as per plan

Client Interaction

- Present design concepts, layouts, and proposals to clients
- Incorporate client feedback into design revisions
- Maintain robust client relationships for repeat business

Team Leadership

- Mentor and guide junior interior designers and draughtsmen




- Allocate tasks, review design outputs, and maintain quality standards
- Support knowledge sharing and design innovation within the team

Material & Specification

- Recommend materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture suitable for retail interiors
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and feasible for execution
- Maintain updated knowledge of materials, trends, and technology in retail design

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Interior Design or Architecture
- 5–10 years of experience in retail interior design projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, or Revit
- Excellent visualization, creativity, and presentation skills
- Good communication and client handling skills

Preferred Experience

- Multi-brand retail, luxury retail, or commercial fit-out exposure
- Knowledge of turnkey project execution and vendor coordination
- Experience mentoring junior design teams

CTC: As per industry standards

Working Days: Monday - Saturday
