About the Role

WPS is looking for an experienced and responsible E-Commerce Executive to manage the complete operations of our online marketplaces. The candidate will handle product listings, order processing, inventory, pricing, promotions and customer support across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and other leading Indian e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart and other Indian marketplaces.
- Create, update and optimise product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords and images.
- Upload new products and maintain accurate pricing, inventory and product information.
- Process orders and coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams.
- Monitor stock levels and prevent overselling or out-of-stock situations.
- Manage returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations and customer complaints.
- Handle marketplace claims, penalties, account health issues and performance notifications.
- Plan and manage offers, discounts, sponsored ads and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor product rankings, reviews, ratings and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Track payments, commissions, deductions and marketplace settlements.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Analyse competitors, pricing and market trends.
- Improve product visibility,



sales and overall marketplace performance.
- Ensure all marketplace policies and guidelines are followed.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience managing end-to-end e-commerce operations.
- Strong understanding of product listing optimisation and marketplace SEO.
- Knowledge of inventory, order management, returns and payment reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Positive command of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and tasks independently.

Experience

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
- Experience in home décor, wedding décor, furniture, lifestyle or related product categories will be preferred.

- Comfortable handling complete operations independently.
- Able to work with sales, warehouse, accounts and creative teams.
- Focused on increasing sales and improving account performance.
