Job Title: HR Executive – Generalist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Generalist with a minimum of 2+ years of experience to support overall HR operations. The role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee engagement, and general HR coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, coordination)
- Manage onboarding process including documentation and HRMS entry
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in attendance management and leave tracking
- Support payroll inputs and coordination with accounts team
- Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR operations
- Assist in organizing training, engagement, and HR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures




- Coordinate with departments for HR-related requirements
- Support exit formalities and documentation process

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist role
- Exposure to recruitment, payroll inputs, and HR operations
- Experience in educational institutions is an added advantage
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills

Qualification:

- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- MBA in HR preferred
