We are looking for a skilled and motivated RPA Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline and optimize business processes across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud Flows).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and understand complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Build efficient, maintainable, and scalable RPA solutions for small to complex business processes.
- Integrate automation workflows with APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging,
and optimization of existing automation solutions.
- Document automation processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development, governance, and security.
- - Work closely with the IT and business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of automation solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate
- Robust understanding of API integration and data exchange between systems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or VBScript) is desirable.
- Knowledge of other RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
