- Contact prospective customers and schedule site visits.
- Conduct property presentations and explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and documentation departments to facilitate the booking process.
- Assist customers in completing booking forms, agreements, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding booking amounts, payment schedules, and outstanding dues.Follow up with potential customers regularly until closure.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
