We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Junior Architect to join our team at Dwellist Architecture & Interiors. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between conceptual design and on-site execution, focusing on high-end residential and commercial projects. This role involves design development, 3D visualization, preparation of construction drawings, and periodic site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Office Hours: Reporting by 9:00 AM and managing design/drafting tasks until 6:00 PM
- Design Development: Assisting in the creation of conceptual layouts, mood boards, and interior/architectural themes
- 3D Visualization: Developing high-quality 3D models and ultra-realistic renders (Interior & Exterior)
- Working Drawings: Preparing detailed GFC (Positive for Construction) drawings, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry details
- Material Selection: Assisting clients in selecting finishes, furniture, fixtures, and materials
- Site Coordination: Conducting periodic site visits for measurements and ensuring execution aligns with approved drawings
- Documentation: Maintaining project folders, client meeting minutes, and design revision logs
- Coordination: Working closely with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams
- Must own a two-wheeler for local site visits and vendor coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp,



Lumion/Enscape
- Knowledge of Photoshop is an added advantage
- Understanding of joinery details, material properties, and construction processes
- Strong design sense with attention to detail and functionality
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized, punctual, and deadline-oriented
- Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must own a personal laptop capable of handling 3D rendering and drafting software
- Candidate must be based in Madurai
- Willingness to commit for a minimum of 2 years
