We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and clients
- Explain company products and services clearly
- Generate current business leads and follow up regularly
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain daily call reports and customer records
- Coordinate with the sales and support team
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English(Optional)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
