Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day shipment tracking, ERP data entry, e-bill tracking, and delivery follow-up. This is a hands-on, coordination-focused role suited for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following up with transporters and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Track shipments daily and update status in the ERP system.
- Generate and track e-bills / e-way bills for outbound and inbound shipments.
- Follow up with transporters and drivers for shipment status and delivery updates.
- Collect, verify, and maintain POD (Proof of Delivery) records for all shipments.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors for pending deliveries and follow-ups.




- Maintain accurate records of shipment tracking, POD, and e-bill data in Excel/ERP.
- Report delays or discrepancies to the Logistics Coordinator/team lead.
- Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks for the logistics team.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream.
- 0-2 years' experience in logistics, dispatch, or tracking (freshers can apply).
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and e-billing/e-way bill process preferred.
- Good follow-up, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
