Role Overview:

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving the company’s expansion into new districts across Kerala. The role focuses on identifying high-potential land opportunities, executing land acquisition strategies, conducting in-depth market research, and leading negotiations with landowners and stakeholders to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Expansion:

- Identify and evaluate new markets across Kerala for residential project development.

- Develop and implement strategic plans for expansion beyond Kozhikode.

**Land Identification:

- Source and shortlist suitable land parcels aligned with the company’s project vision.

- Assess location feasibility, accessibility, legal status, and development potential. **Land Acquisition:

- Coordinate end-to-end land acquisition processes including due diligence and documentation.

- Liaise with landowners, brokers,



and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Market Research & Feasibility: **

Conduct detailed market analysis including demand-supply trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

- Provide insights on customer preferences and emerging real estate trends across districts.

Negotiation & Deal Structuring:

- Lead negotiations with landowners to secure favorable terms for the company.

- Structure deals (joint development) aligned with company

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala

- Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of land acquisition in Kerala

- Valid driving license preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹34,928.74 per month
