The Role

We are looking for a technically strong Senior Civil Site Engineer to independently oversee and coordinate civil and structural execution at our Cochin project sites. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and enforce strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution: Supervise day-to-day civil, structural, and finishing works, ensuring execution strictly matches approved structural drawings, architectural layouts, and timelines.
- Coordination: Act as the main site contact to align project managers, structural consultants, architects, and contractors. Resolve structural and site-level technical issues practically.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track daily progress, contractor labor deployment, and material consumption (cement, steel, RMC). Prepare daily progress reports and look-ahead schedules.
- Quality & Documentation: Conduct concrete pouring inspections,



reinforcement checks, and finishing verifications. Maintain organized records (pour diaries, cube test results, measurement sheets, and work approvals).
- Safety: Enforce strict site discipline, scaffolding safety, and absolute adherence to site safety protocols.

Requirements

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Required).
- Experience: 10+ years in construction, residential, commercial, or industrial structural projects, including at least 5 years of hands-on, on-site civil execution.
- Skills: Strong ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings; proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is a distinct advantage.
- Attributes: Highly organized, disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of managing site responsibilities independently.
