Job Description
- Provide online chat and telephonic support to customers
- Convert customer requests to sales
- Represent company to customers and resolve issues
- Follow up issues for resolution and gain feedback
- Increase customer satisfaction and develop PR
Location: Pune / Mumbai
Salary: As per industry standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate degree of any discipline
- Excellent communication skills and focused on customer satisfaction
- Fluent in at least English and Hindi spoken languages, knowledge of additional languages added advantage
- Minimum work experience: 0-2 years
