Roles & Responsibilities

* Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

* Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max.

* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.

* Create campaign strategies based on business objectives.

* Conduct audience research and build high-converting targeting strategies.

* Work closely with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.

* Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.

* Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

* Track conversions using Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.

* Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills





* 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

* Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.

* Experience with Google Ads.

* Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

* Understanding of eCommerce marketing and conversion funnels.

* Experience working with Shopify brands is a plus.

* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
