Job Description

- Organizing, planning, coordination and administration of a program and backend related activities.
- Ensure operational excellence in the delivery.
- Maintaining and updating of program database on timely basis.
- Ensuring quality and compliance standards are met and the highest levels of service are offered to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Revise program goals and objectives to meet the changing needs of program participants.
- Manage communications through social media etc.
- Help build positive relations within the team and external parties.
- Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.)
- Process required activities within the given TAT.
- Support growth and program development.
- Analyses and evaluates the effectiveness of the program and develops new methods aimed at greater success.
- Work closely inter & intra departments with Board & other related organizations.
- Build productive and influential relations with key stakeholders(members).

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Post - Graduate (Preferred MBA/ PGDM)

Experience Required 3- 4 years preferably from events/ program coordinator background. Postgraduates will be given preference.

Nature of Employment

On Contract basis for a period of One year as full-time employment (Renewable thereafter based on the performance)

Annual CTC - Up-to Rs. 3-4 Lakhs approx.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
