Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and our own website. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, marketplace management experience, and a proven track record of increasing online revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of all e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and catalog management.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.
- Improve website conversion rate and customer experience.
- Manage marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) and coordinate Meta/Google campaigns.
- Analyze sales data, ROAS, conversion rate, and other KPIs.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams.
- Ensure timely order processing, returns, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies and industry trends.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce management.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and major marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is preferred.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
