Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Edit short-form videos and promotional content for social media.
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with stores and brands through calls, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Generate leads and maintain outreach databases.
- Support marketing campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations.

Requirements





- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
- Video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Robust communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working hybrid.
