- Event Setup & Breakdown: Arranging tables, chairs, centerpieces, and service stations strictly according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). [1]
- Buffet/Banquet Service:



Setting up food and beverage stations, replenishing buffet platters to ensure freshness, and serving plated courses to large rooms. [1]
- Guest Assistance: Communicating special dietary requirements or food allergies to the kitchen staff and addressing event-specific guest requests. [1, 2]
- Bussing & Clearing: Efficiently clearing glassware, flatware, and tableware following event conclusion. [1]
