About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support month-end and year-end closing. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and highlight inconsistencies or areas of improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Oversee payroll processing and manage employee expense reimbursements.
- Collaborate with external auditors and prepare required documentation.
- Maintain, update,



and safeguard accounting records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide financial analysis and support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Preferred).

Experience

- Accounting: 2 years (Required)
- Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
- Total work experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Skills

- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Tally and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Robust communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
