- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure the smooth operation of plant equipment and utilities.
- Coordinate with the production team for timely maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records and monitor spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of mandatory experience in a rubber manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and team supervision.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
