Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring for SAP roles and be comfortable working in a quick-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles (ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, HANA, etc.)
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified SAP candidates
- Follow up with candidates and manage offer closures
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment (SAP hiring preferred)
- Good understanding of SAP technologies and roles
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a WFH setup

Good to Have

- Experience in contract/permanent staffing
- Familiarity with multiple SAP modules
- Immediate joiners preferred
