Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect to design and implement secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) architectures for enterprise applications, with a strong focus on AI-enabled solutions and modern authentication frameworks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in identity lifecycle management, privileged access, authentication protocols, and enterprise security architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Design enterprise IAM reference architectures and reusable security patterns.
- Define secure authentication, authorization, credential management, and audit frameworks for AI-enabled applications.
- Architect identity lifecycle, access provisioning, privileged access management (PAM), and non-human/workload identities.
- Collaborate with application teams to integrate modern authentication technologies such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.
- Develop architecture diagrams, threat models, implementation guidance, and security documentation.
- Lead proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate IAM architecture patterns and security controls.
- Drive least-privilege access models across enterprise platforms.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI for IAM processes, including access governance, entitlement analytics, policy validation, and documentation automation.
- Work closely with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable IAM solutions.

Required Skills





- 9–10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Solid expertise in:
- Identity Lifecycle Management
- Access Provisioning
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Authentication & Authorization
- Hands-on experience with:
- OAuth2
- OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- SAML
- LDAP
- Kerberos
- REST APIs (SOAP is a plus)
- Knowledge of Java and/or .NET application architectures.
- Understanding of React/Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
- Experience with Linux Shell scripting and PowerShell automation.
- Excellent architecture documentation and communication skills.

AI & Security Knowledge

- Understanding of AI/LLM and Agentic AI concepts.
- Knowledge of AI agent security, tool integrations (MCP or similar), and secure handling of tokens, secrets, and credentials.
- Ability to design secure access controls for AI-powered enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience creating enterprise IAM standards and reference architectures adopted across multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of security governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Work Location: Mumbai – Commerz III, International Business Park, Oberoi Garden City, Off Western Express Highway, Goregaon (East)

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
