AutoCAD & Solid work Designing/Fabrication/CNC Operator/Lazer machine

Responsibilities

1. Valuable Knowledge to execute Fabrication work.

2. Design and developmodels and assemblies using SolidWorks.

3. Create detailed fabrication drawings for laser cutting, punching, bending, and welding.

4.Develop flat patterns and ensure manufacturability of sheet metal parts.

5. Apply knowledge of sheet metal processes such as bending, forming, welding, and finishing.

6. Coordinate with production, fabrication, and quality teams to resolve design-related issues.Optimize designs for cost, material utilization, and production efficiency.

7. Maintain design database and revision control.

8. Sheet metal thickness, bend allowances,



K-factor & GD&T; principles Experience working with laser cutting and CNC bending machines.

9. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and production documentation.Support prototype development and production trials.

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech Mechanical
- Solid works in Sheet metal.
- Auto cad

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
