Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer with a strong background in Test & Measurement equipment sales to drive business growth, manage key customer accounts, and deliver technical solutions across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development and sales for Test & Measurement solutions.
- Develop and manage key customer accounts across Electronics, Telecom, Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, R&D;, and Government sectors.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct customer engagement and channel partners.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Lead negotiations and close sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Travel across assigned territories for customer meetings and business development.





Required Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Technical Sales of Test & Measurement Equipment.
- 3+ years of experience in solution selling and key account management.
- Experience with leading Test & Measurement brands is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Digital Multimeters, Network Analyzers, Thermal Imagers, and RF Test Equipment.
- Hands-on experience conducting customer demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Solid techno-commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunications, or a related Engineering discipline.
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in RF, Electronics Testing, Instrumentation, or Technical Sales are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
