Academic Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor the curriculum implementation
- Ensure lesson plans are followed properly
- Observe classes and give feedback to teachers
- Track student performance and progress
- Organize exams, assessments, and evaluationsTeacher Management
- Guide and support teachers in teaching methods
- Conduct teacher training sessions and workshops
- Help in solving classroom or academic issues
- Ensure discipline and qualified standards

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant field
