Operate manufacturing or packaging machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform machine setup, changeovers, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting. Monitor machine performance and product quality during production. Record production data and complete batch manufacturing records accurately. Follow GMP, hygiene, and safety guidelines at all times. Report equipment malfunctions and production issues to supervisors. Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Maintenance teams. Minimize downtime and material wastage. Ensure the work area remains clean and organized.
