We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Operations Executive/ Manager with 3–4 years of relevant experience to manage financial operations, reporting, compliance, and process improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation, and audit coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure timely book closure and reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, GL)
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Assist in MIS reporting and variance analysis
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST/TDS computation, filing, and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Assist in preparation of tax audit and statutory audit documentation
3. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor expenses against budgets and analyze deviations
- Prepare financial projections and cash flow statements
4. Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls
- Assist in implementation of SOPs and process improvements
5. Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight
- Review vendor payments and customer collections
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding dues
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
- Inter-CA/ CA/ CMA/ MBA Finance are eligible
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Exposure to audit handling and financial analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle or similar)
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
