Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experience at our Coimbatore showrooms. You will manage the floor team, inventory, and ensure brand standards for ZIMSON and Titan Eye+.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Sales & Target Achievement*

- Drive monthly/quarterly sales targets for watches & eyewear

- Track KPIs: Conversion rate, ASP, UPT, Walk-in to sale ratio

- Upsell, cross-sell, and promote ongoing schemes/offers

2. *Team Management*

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 4-8 sales executives

- Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules

- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews

3. *Customer Experience*

- Ensure high standards of customer service and complaint resolution

- Handle VIP/HNI customers and build long-term relationships

*Operations & Inventory*

- Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, and store hygiene

- Coordinate with Head Office for stock indents and inter-store transfers

- Manage cash, billing, and end-of-day reports accurately

5. *Reporting & Compliance*

- Maintain daily sales reports using MS Excel

- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and brand guidelines

*Candidate Requirements:*

- *Experience:* Minimum 2-4 years in retail sales, 1+ year as Team Lead/Manager mandatory

- *Education:* Any Degree. 12th + relevant experience also considered

- *Skills:* Strong communication in Tamil & English, MS Excel proficiency mandatory – VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas

- *Other:* Customer-focused, target-driven, solid leadership skills

*Work Schedule:*

- *Timing:* 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM / 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM – Rotational shifts

- *Working Days:* 6 days a week with 1 weekly off on weekdays

*Compensation & Benefits:*

- *CTC:* ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month

- *Take Home:* ₹21,000 to ₹27,000 per month based on experience & performance
