Job Description: BIM Modeler (Building Information Modeling)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and managing technical data throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between various engineering and architectural disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

- 3D Modeling: Develop detailed 3D BIM models (LOD 300 to LOD 500) for architectural, structural, or MEP systems using industry-standard software.
- Clash Detection: Perform regular interference checks and clash detection reports using Navisworks to identify and resolve design conflicts before construction begins.
- Documentation: Extract accurate 2D technical drawings, schedules, and material take-offs (BOQs) directly from the BIM models.
- Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure all models are synchronized and meet project specifications and BIM standards.
- Family Creation: Develop and maintain custom Revit families and parametric components for a standardized company library.
- Data Management:



Manage and update BIM project data in a Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring version control and model integrity.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeler or BIM Technician.
- Technical Mastery:
- Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP).
- Advanced knowledge of Navisworks Manage for coordination and simulation.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM 360, or Trimble Connect.
- Standards Knowledge: Strong understanding of international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and Level of Development (LOD) frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Excellent spatial reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work within tight project deadlines.
