Job Role: Sales Executive

Location: Grant Road East, Mumbai, - Rajgiri Apartments, A wing, 3rd Floor, Flat 302, Opp. 13th Khetwadi Back Road, Kishandas Khemraj Marg, Mumbai - 400004. Landmark- Near Milan Guest House, 10 Min. Walking Grant Road Station

Salary: 25k - 35k

Experience: 2-7 yes experience required

Responsibilities:

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with production/logistics, and ensuring smooth order execution. The role is crucial in maintaining customer communication and ensuring timely delivery of metal products such as sheets, pipes, rods, or fabricated items.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Coordination

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp

Provide product information (grades, sizes, availability, pricing)

Maintain strong relationship with clients and distributors

Sales Support

Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices

Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into orders

Maintain daily sales inquiry and order reports

Order Management

Coordinate with production team for order execution

Track order status, dispatch, and delivery schedules





Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements

Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with transporters for dispatch

Track shipments and update customers

Ensure proper documentation (invoice, challan, e-way bill)

Documentation & MIS

Maintain sales records, customer database, and price lists

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports

Support billing and accounts team when required

Skills Required:

Required Skills:

Good communication (Hindi + English)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel & email handling

Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Knowledge of metal products (steel, MS, SS, aluminum) preferred

Working Hours: 10:30 to 7 pm

Other Requirements: Advanced excel knowledge, 1–3 years in sales coordination / industrial sales preferred
