Fit & Rise is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to help women achieve their health and fitness goals. You will be responsible for speaking with qualified leads, understanding their concerns, and enrolling them into our online coaching programs.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with qualified leads.
- Understand each client’s fitness and health goals.
- Explain our coaching programs and answer client queries.
- Build trust and maintain a skilled relationship with prospects.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Keep records of follow-ups and conversions.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales or customer consulting is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of PCOS and PCOD is required.
- Ability to handle objections and confidently close sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Reliable internet connection and a smartphone/laptop for remote work.
Compensation
- Commission-Based (Per Sale)
- Earn commission for every successful enrollment.
- High earning potential with no cap on incentives based on performance.
