We are looking for a motivated Tendering & Proposal Engineer (Civil) with experience in government tendering, e-procurement, bid preparation, and proposal management to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor Government e-Tender portals, Tender247, GeM, CPP Portal, and State e-Procurement portals for current tender opportunities.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, DNITs, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria.
- Prepare tender summaries and coordinate with internal departments for required documents.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids through Government e-procurement portals.
- Manage vendor registrations, Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), and portal credentials.
- Ensure timely submission of EMD/BG details, declarations, statutory documents, and bid documents.
- Maintain tender records, bid acknowledgements, and documentation in Odoo ERP.
- Coordinate with Government departments and internal teams regarding tender clarifications and post-submission activities.
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, work orders, and project documentation.

Required Skills

- Experience in Government e-Tendering and online bid submission.
- Knowledge of CPP Portal, GeM,



State e-Procurement Portals, Tender247, and related platforms.
- Good understanding of BOQs, contract documents, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP software (Odoo preferred).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders while meeting strict deadlines.
