SALES :Identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound and inbound calls (50+ calls/day). Engaging, qualifying prospects, and closing sales for products and services. Using CRM (Salesforce) to manage leads, and handling customer service escalations.

SERVICE: Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components.

Inspection: Conduct pre-check and final inspections of machinery to ensure adherence to safety standards.

Troubleshooting: Identify and fix faults in equipment, including engines and hydraulic cylinders.

Customer Support & Field Service: Perform repairs at client sites, provide technical support, and demonstrate equipment operation.

Documentation: Issue field service reports,



work orders for repairs, and record service times.

Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to manufacturer and company safety procedures (e.g., OSHA, LOLER, PUWER in UK).

Logistics: Maintain service vehicles in a clean, professional manner.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading hydraulic and electrical schematics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
