L3 TANIUM EXPERT

Year of experience : 7-9 years

Role Summary: The Level 3 Engineer will have a deep expertise in Tanium administration. This role required advanced troubleshooting skills, the ability to lead and support enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy patch on servers , bundle, (OS, DB, Middleware…)

Patch list management (update, creation)

Server health checks, troubleshooting

Adhocreport/dashboard

Enhanced tag management

Responsible for managing action and future requests, including automation(playbook)

Lead advance trouble shooting and root cause analysis for Tanium incidents

Drive improvements in performance and compliance

Participate in change management, risk assessment and stakeholder communication

Maintain technical documentation and runbooks, in alignment with compliant standards

Manage and prioritize the future or upcoming request

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience with Tanium Core Module (Patch, Deploy, Data, Automate, etc.)

Strong understanding of Tanium core principles like TDS, Sensors, Action Groups, Client Settings, etc.)

Dashboarding (Data Analytics & Automation)Familiarity with monitoring, ing, and performance analytics tools.

Exposure to ITSM processes.

Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with a focus on uptime and optimization.

Ability to work in shift based or on call support environments

Effective communication

Team player with a proactive attitude

Scripting: Powershell, bash

OS : Linux and Windows





Certifications & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Certifications: TCO, TCA
