Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate the end-to-end logistics operations for our corporate gifting business. The role involves handling dispatch, delivery coordination, vendor management, and ensuring timely execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, coordinate, and monitor dispatch and delivery of corporate gift orders.

· Manage inventory movement between warehouse, vendors, and clients.

· Coordinate with delivery executives, courier partners, and transport vendors.

· Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment as per client requirements.

· Track shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues or delays.

· Maintain proper documentation for dispatch, invoices, and delivery records.

· Work closely with sales and production teams for order planning and execution.

· Handle packaging coordination to ensure safe and presentable delivery of gifts.





· Monitor logistics costs and optimize delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

· Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).

2-4 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations.

· Good knowledge of local routes and transport coordination.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing, inventory tools).

· Valuable communication and coordination skills.

· Knowledge on Multiple languages will be added advantage.

Local candidates are preferred ( within Bangalore).

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in gifting, e-commerce, or retail logistics is an advantage.

· Ability to handle bulk orders and tight delivery timelines.

· Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
