About the Role

We are looking for passionate and patient-focused MedTech Educators to help people with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes adopt Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) technology and use the SugarSight platform effectively.

As a MedTech Educator, you will be the bridge between advanced diabetes technology and patients, ensuring they understand how to use sensors, mobile apps, and reports to manage their health better.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Educate Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes patients and caregivers about CGM technology and diabetes management.

✅ Visit patients at hospitals, clinics, or homes as assigned.

✅ Apply and activate CGM sensors correctly and safely.

✅ Demonstrate the SugarSight mobile application and explain:

- Glucose trends
- Alerts and notifications
- Reports and insights
- Data sharing features

✅ Provide hands-on guidance for sensor usage, app navigation, and troubleshooting.

✅ Conduct follow-up calls and support patients during their CGM journey.

✅ Coordinate with doctors,



diabetologists, endocrinologists, and clinics.

✅ Maintain records of patient onboarding and training activities.

Eligibility

- Diploma or Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas
- Passion for healthcare and patient education

Mandatory Requirements

Two-wheeler with valid Driving License

Preferred Candidates

- Diploma/Any degree
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or patient counseling
- Strong customer-facing skills
