About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships to grow our architecture, interior, and smart home business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and client segments
- Build relationships with builders, real estate developers, and channel partners
- Develop and execute business development strategies to meet growth targets
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Work closely with the sales and design teams to convert opportunities into projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate/interior/construction
- Robust network-building and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
