Role / Responsibilities:

- Ensuring all the projects are well handled & delivered in time
- Guiding & Motivating team to deliver their Best through SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
- Expertise in understanding the client requirement and provide a right solution by consulting the technical team and management.
- Being part of the necessary documentation including Project Initiation, Project Plan, Project Monitoring and preparing Project Handover document.
- Being in regular contact with the client and ensuring the communication is smooth in all possible terms.
- Handling Team and monitoring individual performance based on their daily, weekly and monthly productivity.
- Project Scheduling based on the priority and optimization of time and resources.
- Regular site visit to monitor project progress based on the design and making necessary changes based on the change request by client.
- Work with the technical team and support pre-sales.
- Being part of Quality Assurance (QA) and guiding the team to adhere to QA standards.
- Also ensuring every delivery goes through Quality Check (QC).
- Leading the Project Handover process with the client.




- Weekly Review meetings around the performance improvement and management.
- Monthly report with feedback & meeting with Director / CEO.
- Helping team in understanding of organisation vision, Mission & Goals.
- Vendor / Partner relation for identifying products, Implementing, Training & support.

Skills & Experience profile:

Must Have:

- Growth Oriented, Positive Attitude
- Experience in Project management with the min team size of 5.
- Good verbal and written communications.

Good to Have:

- Project Management crash courses.
- Computer & Internet Knowledge with PM Tools.
- Experience in the Home Automation or Home Theatre industry.
- Valuable Written Communication.

Education Qualification: BE / MBA in Any Specialization / Graduation with relevant experience

CTC : INR 3,60,000 - 4,80,000 PA.
