Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer queries professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and qualified manner.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
- Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate / Diploma / HSC (12th Pass).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Customer Support, BPO, or Call Center is an added advantage.
