About the Role

Predixion AI is a Mumbai-based agentic AI and Voice AI startup building intelligent products for the fintech and lending sectors — VOIZ, KOLLECT, LEADX and AGENTX. We're hiring a young Company Secretary to independently own legal, compliance, and accounting operations. This is a high-ownership role, working directly with the founder.

Requirements

- LLB mandatory; CS qualification or CS Executive/Professional pursuing is a strong plus
- 3–4 years of experience across accounting, legal, tech audit and compliance
- Hands-on proficiency with Tally and Zoho Books
- Proven experience with client invoicing — raising invoices, payment tracking, follow-ups
- Experience drafting and managing SOWs/contracts (MSAs, NDAs, vendor agreements)
- Working knowledge of statutory/ROC compliance, board resolutions, and registers




- Tech Audits and compliances
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for faster drafting and documentation
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a small, rapid-moving startup team

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end statutory and ROC compliance
- Draft and manage client contracts, SOWs, and legal documentation
- Run day-to-day accounting on Tally/Zoho, including client invoicing
- Support HR/compliance documentation alongside the founder
- Use AI tools to streamline recurring legal and accounting workflows

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai District)
