Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Architect with experience in architectural planning, working drawings, and structural coordination. The candidate should be capable of preparing detailed architectural and structural drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes, and coordinating with clients, engineers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D design concepts for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Coordinate with structural engineers for preparation and review of structural drawings.
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare construction documents, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and project monitoring.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Review and revise drawings based on project requirements and feedback.




- Assist in project planning, execution, and documentation.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of architectural detailing and structural drawing interpretation.
- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Experience in preparing GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of 3D visualization software such as Lumion or Enscape will be an added advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good client handling and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
