Role & responsibilities

Design development - Preliminary concept, Layouts, Look and Feel presentations, DBRs, Preliminary estimate, Materials proposed as per design standards.

Analysis of space with respect to client requirement & practicality.

Preparation of material mood board and specifications for the design proposed in coordination with the estimation team.

Preparation of working drawings, tender drawings, detailed drawings and GFCs.





Discussion with consultant on combined project deliverables such as schematics, project cost, coordination drawings, etc. Ensure all the services drawings are in line with concept.

Drive design discussions with Client / consultants, vendors such as material finalization, Pre-bid and quality assessment/ coordination meetings.

Ensure all the Asst Architects, draftsmen are in line with accurate and timely submission of deliverables.

Interaction with vendors on materials specification & tender drawing, etc.

Attending site meeting/visit for design adherence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
