We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Emergency Incharge to oversee the daily operations of the emergency department. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, and maintaining efficient workflow in critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the emergency department staff and operations
- Ensure timely and effective patient care in emergency situations
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments
- Monitor patient flow and maintain proper documentation
- Handle emergency cases with quick decision-making and leadership
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Train and guide emergency department staff

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management / Nursing / Relevant Field




- Minimum 6 years of experience in emergency
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in hospital emergency handling
- Certifications in emergency care (BLS/ACLS)
