Job Description

- Engage with potential students through phone calls and emails.

- Provide detailed information about academic programs and admission processes.





- Assist students in selecting programs that align with their career goals.

- Follow up with leads to ensure successful enrollments.

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and outcomes.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field.(Freshers can also apply)

- Proven experience in telesales or academic counseling.

- Robust understanding of higher education programs and admission processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport with prospective students.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
