Airen International Limited, a leading manufacturer of PP / BOPP Woven Sacks in India, is looking for an experienced Head Electrician to lead electrical maintenance operations at its Ratlam manufacturing plant.

Position Details

Position: Head Electrician

Role Summary

The Head Electrician will be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance activities, ensuring smooth plant operations through preventive and breakdown maintenance, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance

- Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot faults in motors, VFDs, PLCs, transformers, electrical panels, DG sets, compressors, and utility equipment.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical systems.
- Monitor electrical load and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

Maintenance & Team Management

- Plan preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
- Supervise electricians, allocate daily work, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Purchase, and Stores departments.

Inventory & Safety

- Monitor electrical spare inventory and coordinate procurement when required.
- Maintain maintenance documentation and downtime reports.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI in Electrician, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, VFDs, PLCs, transformers, electrical panels, and control circuits.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and maintain basic documentation.

कार्य का सार

हेड इलेक्ट्रिशियन का मुख्य कार्य प्लांट की सभी मशीनों और बिजली से जुड़े उपकरणों को सही तरीके से चलाना, समय-समय पर उनकी सर्विस करना, खराबी आने पर तुरंत ठीक करना और प्लांट का काम बिना रुके चलता रहे, यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

इलेक्ट्रिकल मेंटेनेंस

- प्लांट की सभी मशीनों और बिजली से जुड़े उपकरणों की नियमित जांच और मेंटेनेंस करना।
- मशीनों में आने वाली बिजली की खराबी को जल्दी पहचानकर ठीक करना।
- मोटर, वीएफडी, पीएलसी, ट्रांसफॉर्मर, इलेक्ट्रिकल पैनल, डीजी सेट, कंप्रेसर आदि की देखभाल करना।
- नई मशीनों की फिटिंग और चालू करने के कार्य में सहयोग देना।
- बिजली की खपत और लोड पर निगरानी रखना।





टीम एवं कार्य प्रबंधन

- इलेक्ट्रिशियन टीम का नेतृत्व करना और कार्य का सही बंटवारा करना।
- समय पर मेंटेनेंस का काम पूरा करवाना।
- प्रोडक्शन, मेंटेनेंस, स्टोर और परचेज विभाग के साथ मिलकर काम करना।

सुरक्षा एवं रिकॉर्ड

- बिजली से जुड़े स्पेयर पार्ट्स की उपलब्धता पर ध्यान देना।
- मेंटेनेंस और मशीनों की रिपोर्ट तैयार रखना।
- कंपनी के सभी सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।

योग्यता एवं अनुभव

- आईटीआई / डिप्लोमा (इलेक्ट्रिशियन / इलेक्ट्रिकल)।
- मैन्युफैक्चरिंग उद्योग में 5–8 वर्ष का अनुभव।
- मोटर, वीएफडी, पीएलसी, ट्रांसफॉर्मर, इलेक्ट्रिकल पैनल और औद्योगिक मशीनों का अच्छा ज्ञान।
- इलेक्ट्रिकल ड्रॉइंग पढ़ने की समझ होना।

आवश्यक गुण

- मशीनों की खराबी जल्दी पहचानने और ठीक करने की क्षमता।
- टीम को संभालने और जिम्मेदारी से काम कराने की क्षमता।
- मेहनती, जिम्मेदार और सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूक।
- दबाव की स्थिति में भी अच्छे से काम करने की क्षमता।

कार्य समय

- कार्य समय कंपनी की नीति के अनुसार रहेगा।
- आवश्यकता पड़ने पर आपातकालीन स्थिति में प्लांट में उपस्थित होना होगा।
- कंपनी के सभी नियमों और सुरक्षा मानकों का पालन करना अनिवार्य होगा।
