Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Hindi Voice Process Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent Hindi communication skills and be comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Hindi.
- Assist customers by providing accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a positive customer experience during every interaction.
- Record customer details and update call information in the system.
- Follow company processes and achieve daily performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required for issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
