Nazareth Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Promotion Executive to support our business development and client outreach activities.

The primary responsibility of this role is telephone calling and lead follow-up to introduce our business services, identify potential clients, maintain communication with prospects, and generate qualified business leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business clients.
- Introduce the company's services in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain and regularly update lead and customer information.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with prospective clients.
- Follow up with existing leads and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with the business development/management team.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Support business promotion campaigns and client acquisition activities.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.





Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Confident and skilled telephone communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and email.
- Ability to communicate with business owners, professionals, and potential customers.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer relations, business promotion, sales support, or lead generation will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
