Trio India is looking for a responsible and experienced HR Manager for our manufacturing plant located at Banur. The candidate should be capable of handling HR operations, statutory compliance, manpower management, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee-related queries.

The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of ESIC, EPF, labour compliance, attendance management, salary preparation, and daily manpower handling.

Responsibilities:

- Handle daily HR operations at the Banur plant
- Manage daily manpower planning and employee coordination
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records
- Prepare monthly salary/wages data
- Handle ESIC, EPF, and basic labour compliance work
- Manage employee joining, documentation, and exit formalities
- Answer employee HR-related queries and resolve basic issues
- Coordinate with management for hiring and manpower requirements




- Maintain proper HR files, records, and reports
- Ensure discipline and smooth HR functioning at plant level

Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of ESIC and EPF
- Basic knowledge of labour law and statutory compliance
- Experience in attendance and salary preparation
- Ability to handle workers and staff at plant level
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred
- Candidate must be comfortable working from Banur plant

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
